The only good thing I can say about this company is that the woman who you speak to is a kind human. The company is terrible at communicating delivery pick up or drop off. About 90% of the time, I was the one reaching out for updates, only to be told 3 projected delivery dates in a row that it wasn’t going to happen that day. After the delivery driver HIT a bridge, I didn’t find out until well after it happened. For 9 days, I’ve waited for an update for delivery and for the condition of my furniture. Today…which is the LAST day of original delivery window — again, they changed the delivery date THREE times — I finally received a call that the driver would be there between 6-7 pm but would give notice. No notice given, but showed at 6:50 pm. $120 ‘discount’ out of a grossly price gouged $3800 bill. The little fees that pop up as they are literally loading your belongings at the point of origin is frustrating. Literally….loading all the wrapped furniture and the estimate grows and grows. Lack of transparency, lack of clear communication, hidden fees, reckless driving. I’m disappointed that Safe Ship sub-contracted out to this company.

Their truck drivers drive very reckless. They are going above the speed limit and getting over, running cars off the road without a blinker. You don’t drive your 18 wheel truck like a 4 wheel car!
