Company called me for a road service on one of his trucks. I sent mechanic to connect computer and diagnose problem. Mechanic called customer to let him know what repairs needed to be done and to give him the price. Customer told mechanic to repair truck and once it gets to Texas he will pay for repair. customer agreed to the normal road service and diagnostics charge before we sent the mechanic and refused to pay for the services when mechanic finished. Beware of this company!!!!!!
