Scam company. I would give them negative 5 stars if possible.
Over charge once truck is loaded and lie about the cubic feet.
Try to charge again when delivering and steal your belongings if you don't pay. I only received about 1/3 of my stuff and it was broken and scratched
Their crooks. No recourse legally. Was told by police it's a civil matter and they let them drive off with my belongings.

DO NOTTTT USE THIS COMPANY through brokerage or not!!! up front they tried to make us sign BLANK documents, then continued to attempt and charge us for more cubic feet when the moving truck was completely empty after a set price had already been planned through the broker. THEN we were not allowed to remove our things from the truck without being charged another $2500. $2500!!!! for a move that wasn’t going to happen through them at all at that point. they were not cooperative at any level, and not to mention also threw our couch off of our apartment balcony when they first started moving everything. horrible experience, complete scam, & they still took the money we paid up front. our stuff is now outside waiting for a uhaul to arrive. please save yourself time and money and sanity, if you see this tell them to leave immediately and FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

NEVER NEVER!! use this company. Literally everything was broken, chipped or scratched. They LIE. They do not tell the truth when asked questions which we did not find out until they didn't do what was promised. They are super nice until they get your money. You can use your card for the deposit and a partial payment BUT once they have the furniture you cannot. Now I know why, because they do not care about your belongings and they do not want you to stop payment. Once they have your furniture they are extremely rude and disrespectful. "FILE A CLAIM" is their response. We received $400.00 for literally thousands of dollars worth of damage. I sent in pictures, before and after with receipts and it meant nothing to them. We are retired and moved a lot of things ourselves but kept our best furniture and item for the so called "professionals." I cried for 2 days because of the damage. They are a HORRIBLE company!

Update as of 4-10-23. This company has now threatened my daughter with not getting her belongings if I do not remove this review.... You WILL NOT be infringing on my freedom to tell the truth! This is extortion and illegal per my attorney. The attorney General in Nebraska, Utah and california have been alerted..... USA Logistics is the company her move was brokered to.
Venture van Lines is a broker, not an actual mover. According to the 58 complaints on the BBB They get people hooked ,take their deposits purposely mis quote cubic feet needed to move their things and shuttle them off to a broker who is then stuck to deal with unhappy customers when they find out they were misquoted. Usa logistics
is this company. They have over 100 complaints on the BBB that have all been unanswered, go figure. They more than doubled the moving quote at pick up My daughter unknowingly hired them to move her from utah to nebraska. She listed all her things she needed moved. She sent me the list as well. Venture van Lines quoted her 397 cubic feet for an entire house full of furniture. How they did this with not asking for measurements is beyond me. The movers came, USA logistics, and said if she wanted everything she listed moved, she'd have to pay another 8k. This is fraud. 2/3 of her stuff is still in Utah, and they want another $950 to deliver the 1/3 of her things that they actually moved on top of the 2k she's already paid. Breech of contract. I would definitely steer clear of this company. She has no way to get her things. She's 7 months pregnant, she's in a house with basically an air mattress, a 3 year old, and the clothes on her back. It's april 10th, and she still doesn't have her things...... God only knows if she will ever see them again. We have made a report to the FMCSA that the next stop is an attorney.

HORRIBLE!! I spoke with Julie Buczek she was very unprofessional, combative, argumentative and rude. When I asked about detention she claimed my driver arrived at the shipper at 2am and was done by 2:40 am per macro point. Which would mean he got on the dock and unloaded all in thirty minutes. My driver was sitting there from 2am to 2pm (12hrs). Which means this company doesn’t care about their customer and the customer’s freight. If they claim we aren’t tracking you would think they would call. No call. I should have took them face value for the reviews people left.

It doesn't surprise me to see USA Logistics with such a low Google rating, given my most recent experience with them. If you've received a quote through Navistar and USA Logistics will be your moving company, I implore you to review these past experiences. The services I was provided through both companies were nothing short of unprofessional, frightening, and fraudulent.

When pick-up day came on Sunday, I thought things were running smoothly as the movers from USA Logistics packed up the truck. Suddenly, with half of my items in the truck and the other half laying in the parking lot, they stopped loading. Wilfred informed me that Navistar didn't quote me enough cubic feet for my things and he would need to call his boss to confirm an adjusted price to move the remainder of my items. I was utterly confused. I hadn't exceeded the items beyond what I had specified on my inventory list and I had about 15 less boxes than what was quoted for me. I contacted Navistar and spoke with Sarah (Charles wasn't answering), who then told me "I didn't have to say yes" to the newly quoted price...while half of my things were laying in the parking lot on the day I needed to be out of my apartment.

Wilfred returned with an adjusted price of 900 more dollars to move the remainder of my items. I was by myself, feeling taken advantage of, as he pushed the newly updated contract into my hands. Navistar was blaming me for packing "incorrectly" while USA Logistics was blaming Navistar for misquoting me. However, I was ultimately the one being stuck with a 50% higher bill than my original quote.

While I thought the worst of it was behind me, I was wrong. While on my drive to my new place on Monday, Wilfred and his crew were very hard to get a hold of. I was just trying to confirm my delivery time for that day and Wilfred refused to pick up. I spoke with dispatch from USA Logistics and they too were having a hard time getting in touch with him. Dispatch even said on the phone "I think there might have been an accident" with no additional comforting or reassuring words. Navistar was able to speak with Ben, Wilfred's boss, and confirm yet another adjusted date for delivery. While I thought I would be able to wrap up the process of moving in the span of a weekend, my new delivery date was Tuesday.

I took additional time off from work in order to facilitate delivery day and the move continued to operate in a frighteningly similar fashion. They originally quoted me with a 12-3pm moving window but called at 7:30am to inform me they'd be there in 30 minutes. While I scrambled to grab the correct payment method (I didn't want to pay with check because I was anticipating more surprise fees), they were upset with me that I wasn't "well-prepared enough". They said I was in "such a rush to receive my items" even though my contract had stated otherwise...even though I was more than flexible to adjust to their timeline.

While I tried to figure out how to get additional cash that early in the morning, they waited for a little less than an hour. The contract clearly states that the waiting fee is $75 per hour and nothing beyond that. Juan (my delivery driver) said that he would need to speak to Ben, because Ben told him that the $75 was actually per worker per hour even though that wasn't specified within the contract. Ben created the new price of $700 for the additional hour of waiting and was refusing to budge.

After my remaining balance was paid, I was shocked to see the state some of my items were in. My mattress that had been in a sealed mattress bag was torn open and multiple glass items were shattered. They had my items for a little over 24 hours...and this was how they were handled within that short period of time.

I'm shocked this company is permitted to operate. I wouldn't recommend USA Logistics to anyone and I'm appalled that Navistar contracts their business out to this company. I advise you to do your due diligence and research your moving company if you go through a broker, like Navistar.

I would not give 1 star...but had to to get on to review...all of you that my elderly mother had to deal with...all get "0" stars. This includes Concorde Van lines, USA Logistics and Anthem claim company are all scams.
My mother shipped her belongings from Arizona to Ohio. I was there when it was packed and loaded . What happened in between time just baffles me..because half of the shipment never arrived and what did was broken and crushed. Even her boxes of clothes were crushed!
I think we should all get a lawyer and do a class action suit. Just makes me wonder where her belongings disappeared to....probably got sold on the internet because they were tvs, air conditioner ,lamps pictures, pottery, tools. Even her Indian Statue Things that cannot be replaced...shame on these people...$3000.00 gone...

I would give zero stars if I could. If you value ANY of your belongings, do not use this company. Our belongings were moved by this company via Navistar (that’s a whole other issue full of lies from Navistar). Our items arrived broken, wet, and some missing completely. Our mattress was moved in the middle of winter ON THE BACK OF THE TRUCK. Tv broken, tv stand broken, kitchen items broken, boxes completely smashed. And the latest? I went into a makeup box that I had some jewelry hidden in. And every single box is empty. They went through our stuff and STOLE FROM US. We have called several times and have received zero response. This company is disgusting and should not be operating at all. Horrific
