This storage facility is clean and secure! I was able to reserve a unit same day for a very reasonable price. They had an issue with printing my rental agreement and charging my card but I called the next day and they quickly resolved my issue. Despite the minor hang up, I would highly recommend you store your stuff here! Go see Mrs. Jean!

I absolutely love the quality of care, respect, and service I receive from 1st Stop Storage every time I enter the facility or by phone. The manager, Ms. Jean Rothery, is so helpful and understanding. If you encounter a problem, she goes far and beyond to assist and help you. I've utilized many storages in the past years, but I have to honestly say that this storage facility, along with Ms. Jean Rothery's professionalism is so far the best service I have ever encountered. I would recommend this 1st Stop Storage to anyone who needs a secure storage space.

Came.from.arkansas to clean out unit. Google info states open until 7, arrived at 6 afyer numerous calls with no answer throughout day. Cannot acces unit. Cannot wait until 8 am monday because i have to be at work, in Arkansas. Either be there when posted or chamge hpurs online. Owner stated that he would come let us in after we had left. Made post to call me. Still have heard nothing.

I had issues getting a storage unit with them up front after reserving a unit with them, there notifications to alert you to pay your bill on time does not work, and then when they say their number is 24/7 they really mean they are only operating 8am?-4:30pm? Maybe.... worse service ever. I would not recommend at all...
